Terrazza Bosquet, the Michelin starred restaurant of the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento, led by Executive Chef Antonino Montefusco, offers 3 tasting menus: Sacred – 8 courses -, Profane – 12 courses – and Between Sacred and Profane – 6 courses.

“Everything starts with some external stimulus, which like a liquid, penetrates, and envelops my mind. I start to create something which then continues to create itself. I really enjoy that feeling and I like to think that my “dishes” have intelligibility of their own, independent of my creation, and that leaves a particular emotion in their wake.”
