Gragnano Pasta- Paccheri

Gragnano Gentile paccheri are a large, cylindrical, PGI artisanal pasta shape, typical of the Campania region. Made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure water from local springs, they are bronze-drawn to create a rough surface that perfectly holds sauces. They are then slowly dried at low temperatures according to the Cirillo method, preserving their aroma, color, and texture. They have a uniform straw-yellow color, an intense aroma of ripe wheat, and a firm, elastic texture that stays al dente when cooked. The flavor is full and authentic, perfect for rich dishes like seafood ragù, meat sauces, or stuffed baked dishes.
