It’s bronze-drawn, giving the surface a rough texture ideal for holding sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures using the Cirillo method, preserving its aroma, color, and nutritional value. It’s golden yellow in color, with an intense aroma of ripe wheat and a firm, springy texture, perfect for maintaining its al dente consistency. Its flavor is bold and authentic, making it suitable for both simple sauces, like tomato and basil or garlic and oil, and richer recipes like carbonara or clam sauce.
